If "a picture is worth a 1,000 words," what do these pictures tell us?

The sad truth of the current system is evident all over Texas. These pictures show the all too common sight of the lack of energy around recycling beverage containers. Besides the ugly litter problem (that taxpayers must pay to clean up) there is the loss of a tremendous resource - recycling materials. These containers represent dollars and jobs lost to landfills. Texas can do better!
